This DMCA Policy explains how YTMP3 responds to copyright infringement notices. YTMP3 is a converter/downloader tool that helps users process publicly available links; it does not claim ownership of third-party media.

1. Our Role as a Tool Provider
YTMP3 does not own videos, audio, or other media from YouTube or similar platforms. The service processes links you provide; ownership stays with creators and rights holders.

5. Third-Party Content
Because content lives on third-party platforms, we often cannot remove it at the source. We can only act on YTMP3 features, pages, or cached references under our control.
6. Review, Counter-Notice & Abuse
Valid complete notices may lead to removal or restriction of material on our side. Incomplete or fraudulent notices may be ignored.
If material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification with your identity, the material, and a good-faith statement of mistake.
Repeat infringers or abusers may be blocked. False DMCA claims can create legal liability for the claimant.
